1️⃣ Subscription & Payment Questions
How does the subscription work?
You choose a package that fits your needs, and we provide regular thermoforming training sessions. Payments are automated, and depending on your package, travel and accommodation may be included.
What are the differences between the BASIC and other plans?
- BASIC Plan: ❌ No travel or accommodation included. Training is only conducted after the required payments have been completed. No online support calls included.
- ADVANCED Plan: ✅ Includes travel and accommodation. Training is only conducted after the required payments have been completed. No online support calls included.
- PROFESSIONAL & Higher: ✅ Includes travel, accommodation, and 5 hours of online support calls.
How much do I save with quarterly or annual payments?
- Quarterly Payments: Save 4.5% compared to monthly payments.
- Annual Payments: Save 9% compared to monthly payments.
When does my training start based on my payment plan?
MONTHLY Payment Plan
- BASIC: 12 months must be paid before training starts.
- ADVANCED: 6 months must be paid before training starts.
- PROFESSIONAL: 4 months must be paid before training starts.
- ENTERPRISE: 3 months must be paid before training starts.
- PREMIUM: 2 months must be paid before training starts.
QUARTERLY Payment Plan
- BASIC: 4 quarters must be paid before training starts.
- ADVANCED: 2 quarters must be paid before training starts.
- PROFESSIONAL, ENTERPRISE, PREMIUM: 1 quarter must be paid before training starts.
ANNUAL Payment Plan
- Training can begin immediately after payment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at least 3 months before the renewal date via email. Early cancellations are non-refundable, even if training has not yet taken place.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes! You can pay the full yearly amount in advance and receive a 9% discount compared to monthly payments.
2️⃣ Training & Scheduling Questions
How are the training sessions scheduled?
Training sessions are planned in 5-day blocks. Depending on your subscription, sessions occur monthly, every 2 months, or quarterly. We coordinate the dates in advance.
Can I reschedule my training dates?
Yes! You can postpone a training block up to 3 months in advance, as long as availability allows.
Can multiple employees from my company attend the training?
Yes, our on-site training is designed for teams. The number of participants depends on your agreement, but we usually train up to 10 employees per session.
What languages are the training sessions available in?
Training sessions are available in English and German.

Are travel costs included in the subscription price?
- BASIC Plan: ❌ No travel or accommodation included.
- ADVANCED Plan: ✅ Travel & accommodation included from this plan onwards.
In which countries do you offer on-site training?
We provide training worldwide.

Do I get access to support between training sessions?

Can I book extra training days outside my subscription?
Yes, additional 5-day training blocks can be booked at your subscription rate.
What if I have a custom request for my training?
We offer customized training programs tailored to your specific thermoforming needs. Contact us to discuss a solution for your business.
